Record behavioural events into SIMS Lesson Monitor and / or SIMS Attendance. If it is in active use, assessment entries can also be made into SIMS Assessment Manager and SIMS Profiles. Implemented with the support of Capita's Technical Partnership agreement, using Capita’s Interface, which ensures 100% compatibility with SIMS.net. MyChildAtSchool is a portal for parents that enables them to view their child's performance at school in real-time via a web browser. The facility allows the child's attendance, grades and behaviour to all be accessed whenever the parent/carer wants. As well as pupil performance data, the portal also provides general information about school, such as the school calendar and any important announcements.
The Bromcom VLE is a collection of essential teaching supports for pupils and teachers via a secure web portal. Staff can create lesson plans, assignments and quizzes online for pupils to complete online. This not only helps motivate pupils by educating them via a different medium, they are also taught autonomy at a younger age. The Bromcom VLE operates as a layer above the Bromcom MIS making relevant information available to verified users.
