Company benefits for staff

The Bromcom Group Pension Scheme – All employees who complete one year’s service are eligible to join the scheme. Bromcom Computers Plc will contribute an amount equivalent to 3% of ‘Gross Salary’. Employees will be expected to match the employer contribution, and invest 3% of ‘Gross Salary’, payable monthly by deduction from salary. For senior management positions the contribution rate for both employer and employee is 5%.

Enterprise Management Incentive Plan – All employees who complete one year’s service are eligible to receive options to purchase shares. The options will normally be granted at a discount within the terms of the Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) legislation introduced in the 2000 Finance Act.

Private Medical Insurance – Insurance is available to all employees in senior management positions.

Social Club – All employees who wish to be part of the Bromcom Social Club contribute £1 per month from their salary. Members are entitled to subsidised social events such as paintball and go-karting.
