MyChildAtSchool is an online portal for parents that enables them to view their child's performance at school in real-time via a web browser. The facility allows the child's attendance, grades and behaviour to all be accessed whenever the parent/carer wants.

As well as pupil performance data, the portal also provides general information about school, such as the school calendar and any important announcements.

Parents no longer need to wait for the termly report to obtain information about their child, they can check whenever they want for up-to-date information. Parents will therefore take a more pro-active role in the development of their child's education.

What is MyChildAtSchool?
MyChildAtSchool is an exciting new development that is aimed at parents of children at school who have access to the Internet. Our aim is to provide parents the opportunity to forge a closer collaboration with respect to their children's school lives.

MyChildAtSchool.com provides:

• Access to up to the minute attendance, grades and behavioural data
• Communication facilities to improve contact between parents and schools
• A platform for schools to present themselves to the wider community

Is MyChildAtSchool secure?
Security of information is of paramount importance to us. MyChildAtSchool.com uses individual password-protected accounts and 128-bit Secure Socket Layer* financial transaction-grade technology to ensure the privacy of attendance, grades and class results transmitted online.

Who can see my child(ren's) details?
Only the registered parent of the child and the child's teachers at school.

Who can see my registration details?
Only the school with whom you have registered with.

How do I know if my child's school is participating in this service?
Your school will tell you if the service is available. If not, you can inform the school that you are interested in having the facility to see online whether or not your child is in school at any given time, how they are perfoming etc., and that the school should get in contact with us.

* The school are responsible for the purchase of a Secure Socket Layer certificate for the Bromcom server
